During this unprecedented health crisis, we need each other more than ever.  Many of you have been reaching out to our neighbours, friends, and community organizations. However, while it's great to assist others,please don't forget to look after yourself!Self-isolating, keeping our distance from others, and helplessly witnessing the toll this virus has been having on the world's population can lead to stress and anxiety.
