How much did that house sell for? 🏡🤔

For decades the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) which I'm a member of, has tried to protect information from consumers, using the silly argument about privacy. Seven years ago the federal Competition Bureau ruled that TREB must make sold prices accessible to the public. But my real estate board, which has many policies from past eras, appealed the decision and even applied to have its case heard at the Supreme Court of Canada. Wisely, the Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal and the lower court decision stood.

This means that you as a consumer can now have access to sold prices through our websites.  So if you're wondering what your neighbour's house sold for, all you have to do is visit my websitewww.inthe6ixrealestate.comand register.
